Kasautii Zindagii Kay: Is this Erica Fernandes aka Prerna's look from the show?
Today, we got our hands on a photo of Erica Fernandes from her upcoming show Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 which will be aired next month on Star Plus. Here's her look from the show.
Ekta Kapoor's Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 is all set to go on air from next month. The show stars Erica Fernandes and Parth Samthaan as Prerna and Anurag Basu respectively. The much-awaited show will likely have Hina Khan playing the role of Komolika, which was originally played by Urvashi Dholakia. Last month on July 21, Ekta shared the teaser of the show on her social media pages and said, "Love never dies!!! When u think it’s over it RETURNS! Here it is KASAUTI ZINDAGI KAY! @starplus @balajitelefilmslimited"
Now, we got our hands on a photo of Erica's photo from the sets and it looks like that will be the actor's look from the show. In the photo, the stunning beauty looks pretty wearing a red salwar kameez. She is seen all smiles and we can't contain our excitement to see her as Prerna which was originally played by Shweta Tiwari from the year 2001 to 2008. Erica in an EXCLUSIVE interview with us had revealed that she is extremely excited about playing Prerna and will try and make it more relatable to today's time. Erica and Parth have already begun shooting for the show.
Recently, at the trailer launch of Alt Balaji's new show Home, Ekta was asked about who will be playing Komolika's role in the reboot. To this, Kapoor quipped, "She is a big TV actress who has done positive roles, now you guess!"
