On the professional front, Karishma was recently seen in the blockbuster film Sanju, where she essayed the role of a Gujarati girl Pinky. Pinky was the girlfriend of Sanjay Dutt's best friend, Kamlesh, played by Vicky Kushal in the film. Even with such less screen time, the actress has managed to grab eyeballs for her role.
Speaking about the film, Karishma had earlier said, "When Raju Sir called me I felt really good. To be a part of Raju Sir's camp, it's a huge thing for an actor." After the film's release, she had also said that she took up the role only for director Rajkumar Hirani, as it is a very big thing to be approached by the director himself.
Talking about television, Karishma is one of the leading ladies when it comes to the small screen. She is currently seen in the Colors' drama Naagin 3, in which she plays a shape-shifting snake. Naagin 3 is soaring high on the TRP charts since the time it premiered on the national television.
