Kapil Sharma and Ginni Chatrath, who have been together for several years, tied the knot in Jalandhar on December 12. The couple got married in two ceremonies – in accordance with Hindu and Sikh rituals. Their wedding had Kapil’s friends and colleagues from the industry join them in the celebration, and in attendance were the likes of Bharti Singh, Kruhsna Abhishek, Sumona Chakravarti, and many others.
Kapil and Ginni were rumoured to be dating since quite some time, but it was only in March that Kapil made his relationship with Ginni official. Later on, as reports about Kapil’s return to the television space were doing the rounds, there also came in the happy news about the duo’s marriage. Now, the couple is hosting a lavish reception on December 24 which will be attended by both TV and Bollywood personalities. The wedding reception will take place at JW Marriott in Mumbai.

Kapil in an interview with a leading portal had stated how he is ecstatic to have Ginni as his wife and that he knows that their marriage will bring in a huge change in his life, and with it will also come discipline. He also said how she supports him and takes good care of him.
