Saina Nehwal and Parupalli Kashyap, who were said to be in a relationship for a decade, got married on December 16 in an intimate ceremony. It was followed by a grand reception on December 21. The two recently appeared on the sets of Kanpur Wale Khuranas. Their pictures from the sets speak volumes of their love. Kashyap is seen proposing to Saina on the sets of the show. They look simply perfect together. Saina looks pretty in an Anarkali suit, while her hubby Kashyap kept it casual.
The wedding took place at Saina's residence in Orion villas at Raidurgam in Cyberabad. “It was a small gathering of about 40 guests, including relatives of the Saina and Kashyap's families. It was a very simple ceremony and December 16th will be the reception," Saina's father Harvir Singh said. Saina and Kashyap have been in a relationship for the past decade but successfully managed to keep it under wraps.

“In the competitive world that we live in, it’s difficult to get close to someone. But somehow we both found it easy to talk to each other and about our matches,” Saina said in an interview with a leading daily.
Saina also shared that she and Kashyap help each other with their games and push each other to work hard.
