Pre-Valentine’s - Sun-kisses are all I’m basking in!

Recently, Jennifer bagged the Best Actress Award at the 17th Indian Television Academy Awards. The actress won the big honour for playing Maya in Beyhadh.

In a thank you note, Jennifer told Pinkvilla, "This award belongs to all those in the TV fraternity who take chances, the people who stood by Maya, who created her and who fought against and for her, who loved her who hated her and could never let go of her! The curtains have closed on Beyhadh, but Maya stays with me. Last Night, ITA made sure of that by honouring Maya with this award."

After sending a chill down our spine with her amazeballs performance in Beyhadh, Jennifer will be returning to small screen with her show Bepannaah. In the show, she will be seen opposite Sehban Azim and Harshad Chopra.

In an interview with us, Jennifer got candid about Bepannaah and said, "Moving on from Maya on Beyhadh, which has been, by far one of the most benchmark performances in my career as an actor, Bepannaah has been created as very different from it. Get prepared for a very unique and interesting love story about second chances, about the breaking of society’s perceptions and judgements. We don’t really have intense love stories nowadays on TV and with Bepannaah that is what we’re trying to do. It’s high on emotions and will be a show that anyone in love, both young and old, will relate to."

"The script was too gripping to put down and will bring you unfamiliar, non-cliched and real sides to a love story that will keep you hooked to the storyline. All I can say is that it only gets better as it unfolds," the actress further added.
