Nakuul Mehta and Surbhi Chandna's show Ishqbaaaz is one of the top and popular Television shows. The show has been ruling the TRP charts for a long time now.
The show is loved for the chemistry between Shivaay (Nakuul) and Annika (Surbhi).
The show has completed 500 episodes. Nakuul Mehta took to his Instagram page to share a selfie in which he is posing with the entire team of Ishqbaaaz.
He captioned the photo, "A room full of cray-zies bringing the house down celebrating Nikster's turn of a new year!

Recently, there were rumours that the show will go off air soon. When a leading online portal contacted Gul Khan and asked her the same, she answered, "This is the fifth time, I am hearing this rumour. It comes up every six months."
She further added, "I think IB (Ishqbaaaz) actors are the most popular in the TV industry today! They wouldn’t get affected by these rumours. They all are fabulous in their own way and deserve to enjoy this happiness without being constantly heckled with such rumours."
In an interview, Surbhi Chandna spoke about her character Annika. She said, "I feel Anika is the biggest example of Nayi Soch because I don't see a character like Anika on Indian Television; someone who stands up for herself and who is as blunt as her. When a girl can actually fight with someone as novel and as grand as Shivaay Singh Oberoi and can fight for her brother or her family, or anybody for that matter."
She further added, "I don't think people can gather that kind of courage but they should take inspiration from Anika. She does not wear clothes like a typical bahu, until and unless it is a requirement for the show."
