Mudit Nayar has taken television by storm. His role on the show Devanshi is being appreciated the audience and critics alike. He has recently got hitched to Aprajita Shrivastava, a lawyer by profession. They tied the knot on February 13th and recently had hosted a reception party for their friends and family. Mudit shared a photo with wife Aprajita on Instagram.
In an interview, Mudit had said, "It’s been almost a year since we have known each other. We met via a common friend and one thing led to another. The wedding is planned for some time in February 2018 in Pune."
Talking about his lady-love, he remarked, "She is very real. A lawyer by profession. She is funny and lively. I met her and immediately knew she’s the one. My family already loves her. Hopeful of a great life ahead."
Mudit has made his name and for fans, he is Vardaan from Devanshi. Talking about his role, he had said, "While the concept of Devanshi motivated me to take up the role, the character traits cemented my decision. Vardaan’s character is very raw and rustic, and something that I have never gotten the opportunity to explore in the past. So, when I was offered the role I decided to take it up immediately. The combination of a show like Devanshi on a leading channel like COLORS was a proposition I couldn’t have ignored."
He had added, "As an actor, my first step towards preparing for any role is to dig deep into the character and understand it thoroughly. It is also the appearance which makes a lot of difference in the way people look at your character. Though I am lean, my character demands me to be bulkier and so am still working towards it. Also, since the show is set on the backdrop of Haryana, I am trying to get the dialect right. I hope to excel at it."
