Apurva Agnihotri's sweet post for Shilpa Saklani on their 13th wedding anniversary is heartfelt

Apurva Agnihotri and Shilpa Saklani are one of the most beloved couples in Bollywood. While Apurva made his Bollywood debut with Pardes and went on to become a household name as Armaan Kohli in Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin, Shilpa rose to fame as Ganga in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi.

The couple has now completed 13 years of marriage. On the special occasion, Apurva took to Instagram to wish his doting wife. He shared an adorable throwback picture from their wedding ceremony.

In an interview with a leading daily, Apurva and Shilpa got candid about their first meeting. Apurva said, "We met at a coffee shop. A very dear friend and a brilliant actor, Rakshanda Khan introduced me to Shilpa."

Shilpa continued, "I had a huge crush on Apurva since the time I first saw him in Pardes. I thought he was hot even when I first saw him at a coffee shop. Our mutual friend Rakshanda played Cupid for us."

On what was their most memorable moment together, Apurva said, "It was during our honeymoon in Canada. We’re both very adventurous, so we tried our hand at bungee jumping, and sky diving etc. When it was my turn for bungee, right before I took the leap, Shilpa was dead scared. She turned to me and said, ‘No matter what, I will always love you’. That was a very special moment for me and I’ll never forget it."

Shilpa said, "The most memorable day of my life is June 24, 2004, it is the day I got married to Apurva. I was the happiest bride."
