Rohit Shetty celebrated his 12th wedding anniversary on the sets of Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 8.
Rohit Shetty is currently hosting Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 8. He is in Spain for the show and celebrated his 12th wedding anniversary on the sets. Lopamudra Raut shared the picture and wrote, "Happy marriage anniversary to the most humble and a beautiful soul. Have a great year ahead sir @itsrohitshetty."
Talking about the show, Rohit had said, "The country is beautiful and no Indian reality show has ever gone there. The task challenges are new and so are the equipment. Everything is on a grander scale now, compared to the early days of the show. I think kids will love the show more than ever before."
In an earlier interview, he admitted that it's difficult for him to host the show. "To me, it is tougher hosting a show since cinema gives me more time. If a scene in a film requires, I can shoot it over 10 days. Here on TV, everything has to be quicker and you have lesser time to create impact as a host. Facing the camera is always a bigger challenge because film direction comes naturally to me. I need to be spontaneous all the time before the camera," he said.
At the launch of the show, the filmmaker was also asked whom he considers the real Khiladi in Bollywood. The Chennai Express director said, "Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar are the real khiladis, according to me. Earlier when there were no stuntmen and modern techniques for stunts, they both actually performed their own stunts."
