Smriti Irani aka Tulsi makes her debut on Instagram; Ekta Kapoor welcomes her
Smriti Irani aka Tulsi has joined Instagram.
Just recently Bollywood actor Katrina Kaif joined Instagram and she has been in headlines ever since she has made her debut on the social media platform. Now, the latest one to join the list is our Union Textile Minister Smriti Irani. Smriti Irani rose to fame with her character Tulsi in daily soap titled Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi.
The very first picture she shared on her account is her picture from good old days and gave the caption, "Guess who's on Insta now #tbt #goodolddays." By now, she has more than 9000 followers, but her account is yet to be verified.
Smriti also posted a throwback picture which features Ekta Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar. She thanked Ekta for making her to open an account on Instagram. She wrote, "@ektaravikapoor Thanks for pestering me to do this Looks like a fun journey ahead #tbt #thosewerethedays."
Ekta also welcomed her on Instagram and wrote, "Let's welcome my friend ! A force to recon with ! Her meteoric rise stunned many but wat stuns me more is how rooted she is! Finally on instagram let's welcome tulsi ! @smritiiraniofficial !"
Kapoor also shared a throwback picture with Smriti and Sakshi and they all look pretty. Going by the captions, it looks like that Ekta really had to repeatedly tell her to join Instagram and it was after much ado Tulsi finally made a call to be a part of the social media platform.
