The recent actress to be seen donning the two-piece attire is Roop Durgapal. Popularly remembered as Saanchi from Balika Vadhu, Roop who apparently is holidaying in Goa beats the heat in just the right way.
Also, Roop bewitched the audience with her stint as Kavya in Swaragini and was last seen on Sony TV's Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi and & TV's Ganga as
Supriya.
While talking to us, Roop had stated that she prefers doing good roles and isn't bothered by them being cameos or full-fledged ones. She said, "I do not mind a cameo provided the content and character that I will be playing is worth and good!"
She added, "I have been wanting to play a positive character since long. In Balika Vadhu, for almost a year I played a negative turned positive character but still, the impact of my negative role seems to not have faded away from the minds of people. Following that, I played another negative role in Swaragini which again hammered into the audience's minds with Roop being synonymous to a negative role. But now, I want to change the mindset of people who feel that I can only do negative roles. Going forward, I would any day prefer doing positive roles only!"
