What made Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya upset?

Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya, who is an active Instagram user, recently expressed her annoyance over Mumbai roads.

The pretty actor posted the pictures of bad road patches filled with potholes which made her drive uncomfortable. She posted the first picture stating that she reached the Mars Terrain. She said, "OMG! I clicked pictures of #MarsTerrain... #DiscoveryByDivyanka #PartOne"

While in her second picture, she showed off her anger and questioned that why do we even pay taxes. Her caption read, "Ooops my bad! That's one of the thousands of bad road patches within mumbai 'metro' city. Why do we pay taxes? #PartTwo"
