Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is one of the popular TV and longest shows which is being produced by Rajan Shahi's Director's Kut. For the unversed, the show will see a five-year leap and we will witness some mega changes in the show. Apparently, the leap will start off on June 10. As per several reports, Kartik and Naira will be shown as a separated couple and later, we will get to see that they will be fighting for their kid's custody.
For the unversed, Naira has been hiding her pregnancy news as Kartik had accused her of cheating on him with her boss Mihir. A few days back, we saw a new entry in the show and the same was of Mitali- Mihir's girlfriend. The role is being played by Minal Mogam of Udaan fame. And now the latest report by IWM BUZZ suggests that new child actors will be entering the show post the leap as (Shivangi Joshi), Gayu (Deblina Chatterjee) and Kirti (Mohena Kumari) will be shown as mothers. But Mohena and Deblina are apparently hesitant to play the roles of moms at the age they are in right now.
A source close to the development told IWM BUZZ, "Mohena and Deblina have expressed their thoughts to the makers and they will be eased out of the show. The channel and Director’s Kut are looking at options for the replacement of these two prime characters."
