Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is currently focusing on the lives of Kartik (Mohsin Khan) and Naira (Shivangi Joshi) who live separately post the show took a five years leap. While Naira is a single mother to a toddler by the name Kairav, Kartik will soon be seen uniting with his son while remaining unknown to the fact that he is his son. For those who have been watching the show are aware that Kairav has left for Udaipur to meet his father. While on his way, he gets lost and is on the verge of being held captive.
However, thanks to Kartik, Kairav gets saved only to be hit by a bus where again Kartik comes to his rescue. Post this, Kartik will be seen spending some quality time with Kairav. Not just that, Kartik will even drop Kairav home where there will be a hit and miss moment between the two. Later, Naira will find Kairav in the house, sleeping with Kartik's jacket. Upon seeing the jacket, Naira will become emotional and star missing Kartik all the more. Well, with all this drama, we are sure the TRPs will shoot up.
