Kartik [Mohsin Khan] has finally shed the marriage facade and has confessed to Naira that he was aware of her medical condition and wanted her to share her pain with him and hence participated in the marriage drama. The families reconcile and come together to support Naira in this difficult situation. Kartik in particular is by Naira's side completely to make sure the love of his life survives.
Now, in a turn of events, Kartik will marry Naira 'Vivaah' style. In a new promo shared by the channel, Kartik is seen filling Naira's forehead with sindoor before she goes to the hospital and later the duo is seen having a wedding. The promo has left every Kaira fan happy and is a new beginning for the couple who have finally met post a separation of two years. Suwarna, Kartik's mother has finally realised her mistakes and has apologised to the couple for being the reason for their separation.
