Anupamaa has created a huge fan following due to its women-centric storyline. While Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, a longest-running show, is still entertaining the audience. The lead characters of both shows—Shivangi Joshi and Rupali Ganguly are equally popular among the masses but not many know that they are very good friends in real life too.
Rupali Ganguly, who is essaying the role of Anupamaa in the show, was elated to meet Shivangi Joshi who dropped on the sets of the show. She shared a picture on her Instagram saying "I absolutely love love love meeting this bundle of talent.” Rupali even uses the heart emoji. Shivangi Joshi also in return shared the picture saying ‘I love you.’ In the picture, Rupali is seen in the get-up of Anupamaa while Shivangi Joshi is seen dressed in jeans and a black top.
