Coming to the show, YRKKH is witnessing a high drama sequence with Naira and Kartik's baby shown dead. However, later, it will be revealed that their baby is alive and has been kidnapped by Aditya. Amidst this, Kartik swaps Keerti's baby and introduces him as theirs as Keerti has slipped into coma.
