Sangram Singh and Gurkiran Kaur tie a knot in a private ceremony.
Yeh Hai Mohabbatein is one of the leading and the longest running shows of Indian Television. The leads Karan Patel and Divyanka Tripathi are extremely popular and so are the other actors. Recently the villain turned good man Ashok Khanna aka Sangram Singh tied a knot in real life, unlike the reel life where he tied the knot several times.
Sangram Singh tied a knot in an intimate style, he got married to Gurkiran Kaur in a Gurudwara and the couple looked adorable. Sangram Singh and Gurkiran Kaur met through their parents and got married in an arranged manner. Both of them looked gorgeous on their wedding as Gurkiran wore a bright pink lehenga and Sangram sported a golden embroidered sherwani.
Karan Patel and Sangram Singh are not just costars but also buddies, Karan Patel took to Instagram to share a picture of Sangram and Gurkiran from their wedding and wished them in an adorable manner. His caption read, "Wah wah ramji, jodi kya banayi .. bhaiya aur bhabhi ko, badhai ho badhai ...! @sangram_singh and @gurkiran.k ... wish you two a very very happy married life ...! #BhaiAurBhabhi..!"
Talking about his marriage, Sangram spoke to an online portal, "I am getting married on December 25 to Gurkiran Kaur. It’s an arranged marriage set up but I don’t think I could have found a better life partner."
He further said, "Our families knew each other for a very long time. They felt we could be ideal life partners and got us introduced. I guess they were right for we instantly connected and recently got engaged also. All my friends have been quite surprised with the development (laughs). Gurkiran is from Norway and works as a VAT consultant."
Sangram concluded by stating, "The wedding will happen in Amritsar amid families and friends. My industry friends will, of course, be invited as it is a very important day in my life."
