When Ishqbaaaz's Nakuul Mehta and Surbhi Chandna rocked the Lip Sing Battle stage leaving Farah Khan in splits
Nakuul Mehta and Surbhi Chandna brought the house down with their antics in Farah Khan’s Lip Sing Battle.
It was TV's favourite pair Nakuul Mehta and Surbhi Chandna from the show Ishqbaaaz who graced Farah Khan's Lip Sing Battle last night. The show saw the Ishqbaaz pair indulge in some 'no-Ishqbaaaz like act' as they were pitted against each other in the battle to lip sync on popular Bollywood songs.
For Nakuul and Surbhi fans, the episode was a sheer treat as they got to witness the offscreen camaraderie of the duo which was high on steroid [quite literally]!
From taking a random dig at each other to sharing some warm moments on stage, Nakuul and Surbhi made sure to do whatever it takes to entertain the fans.
Amidst loud cheers, Surbhi nailed Kareena Kapoor Khan's style and mannerism from Jab We Met and Kabhie Khushi Kabhi Gham. On the other hand, Nakuul did an Aamir Khan's version of Tere Pyaar Ne Kar Diya Deewana and his hairy Afro-Nox avatar won him the LSB belt.
Well deserved, we say (Bonus points- for sporting that hairy Afro look)!
Nakuul was accompanied by his wife Jankee Parekh and friend Alekh Sangal for the show who continued to root for him.
Talking about Ishqbaaaz, Nakuul essays the role of Shivaay Singh Oberoi while Surbhi essays the role of Annika. Both fondly referred to as Shivika by fans have a huge fan following. The show is high on romance and is known for its grandeur.
