WATCH: Bidaai fame Ssara Khan's 18-year-old sister breaks all ties with actress

Being a part of a family has its pros and cons. However, strong a family bond is between its members, there is always the cons of misunderstanding and age gaps that sets apart generations. It's not just us common folks but even celebrities who bear the brunt of this. While some keep the arguments behind closed doors, there are some who talk about their grievances out in public or specifically through the tool of social media. Case in point, Ssara Khan who became a household name as Sadhana Alekh Rajvansh in the 2007 Star Plus show, Sapna Babul Ka...Bidaai. 

Ssara took to Instagram to reveal in an emotional video that her younger sister, 18-year-old Ayra Khan and the most important person in her life had broken all ties with her and left. The actress stated that she made this video to let everyone know about her predicament with Ayra leaving. Talking about how she treated Ayra like her daughter, Ssara revealed that she has unfollowed her sister on Instagram and also deleted all her photos which feature Ayra.

Then, she went on to talk about how everyone is making stuff up as she clears the air on all the rumours and speculations. Since Ayra is 18 years of age, she is mature and does not want anyone to boss her around. Hence, Ssara feels that she does not have the right to keep coddling her. Ayra then decided to leave Ssara for good as she became more of a mother than a sister. Ssara accepted the fact that Ayra has now matured and that she has to let her go, both physically and figuratively.

As a parting note, Ssara stated that she still loves her sister and that she is proud of her.
