Pratyusha was found hanging from the ceiling fan of her house on April 1st, 2017. Earlier, while talking to media, Vikash Gupta had shared that how he had offered a show to his close friend and actress but somehow due to her personal life problems, Pratyusha rejected. "She was having trouble in her personal life. She had distanced us from her so we don't know exactly what happened. She was away from her family...we used to meet her everyday. As friends we know she was having problem," Vikas had said.
