In what can be called the last few moments of the crackling jodi together, the makers today shared a small glimpse of the upcoming romantic sequence between the two from the show Ishqbaaaz, and it has already filled us with mixed emotions. In the scene, the duo is seen romancing with the song Chandani Raat Hai from Salman Khan starrer Baaghi playing the backdrop.
Shivaay (Nakuul) is trying to get romantic with Annika (Surbhi) while she is trying to evade the situation in a fun way. Well, their undeniable chemistry is what fans are going to miss the most once Surbhi will be seen exiting the show post a generation leap. Post that, Nakuul will be seen playing Shivika's son Shivaansh Singh Oberoi and their love story will begin the new season for the show. A new leading lady is being searched for Nakuul and most likely it is said to be a fresh face. Will they be able to replicate the same magic? Well, only time will tell!
Surbhi, in the mean time, in an exclusive interview with PINKVILLA, reiterated that she will miss portraying Annika the most, as the character gave her a lot of recognition and love. The actor also said that she is leaving the show with contented heart. Surbhi and Nakuul have won several Best Jodi awards in their two and a half years journey together.
