Vahbiz Dorabjee shuts down the questions regarding her divorce; says let’s bring it to a stop
Vahbiz Dorabjee has been in the news lately for her divorce with Vivian Dsena and the rumours of alimony being the major issue for her divorce with the Madhubala actor. In her latest Instagram post, Vahbiz has slammed all the questions regarding her divorce and has asked to bring it to a stop.
Vivian Dsena and Vahbiz Dorabjee, who first met on the sets of their show Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani, fell in love whilst shooting and married each other after a courtship of about two years. The two, however, separated ways three years back and filed for a divorce case, which is still ongoing. Recently, a report in HT claimed that the divorce between the two has been prolonged as Vahbiz had demanded an alimony of Rs 2 crores. When Vahbiz was contacted, she however called the rumours false and expressed her anguish over the repeated character assassination.
Vahbiz recently shut down all the questions surrounding her divorce through a heartfelt post wherein she stated how this continuous character assassination can take a toll on her mental health. She shut down all the rumours saying that her life is not a circus and that every celebrity is a human being first. We could not but agree with her hard hitting statement. She captioned the post as, “Your Questions, My Answers.....Now My Questions, And I Say No More Answers....Lets Bring It To A STOP!!!!”
Recently, when Pinkvilla got in touch with Vahbiz, the actress who has been pretty exhausted with all these rumours clarified that there is no truth to it and also wondered and asked, "Why is it that women are the one always blamed for anything that goes wrong? Everyone around is talking about women empowerment in our country... Really? And this is how you ridicule a woman? I am a very strong woman, I am someone who is not afraid to voice her opinion. For two-three years I kept mum because I was like let's maintain dignity, the rumours will die a natural death but it doesn't seem to be going down, so, why should I shut up?"
