TV comedian Sidharth Sagar and Subuhi Joshi call off their engagement; the latter accuses him of assault

TV couple Sidharth Sagar and Subuhi Joshi who got engaged last year in November have called off their engagement. As per TOI, Subuhi has accused her ex-fiance of physical abuse and Sagar said that incompatibility issues led to their break up. Subuhi claimed, “When we separated in 2016, he blamed his mother for it. However, she wasn’t entirely responsible for what happened; I realized it only after staying with him post our engagement. The problem is with his attitude and behaviour, but I did try my best to save the relationship. I have seen his dark side; he loses his cool over petty issues and can get violent. Woh haath uthaata hai aur cheezein phekta hai.”

She also added how she even once called cops as Sidharth had hit her. She said that he was very disturbed as he was going through financial crises. She also revealed how she would like to end the relationship on a cordial note, but she claimed that he is an escapist and he ran away from the situation. He has also blocked her on his phone and social media accounts.

Sidharth, however, told a different story to the same publication. He said everything was good between them, but then compatibility issues cropped up. He also revealed that they called off their engagement two and a half month ago. He also added how problems started when he faced a financial crisis and how she was the first the one to hit him first. He even stated she first blocked him on social media, and later, he did the same to find some peace in life.
