Tujhse Hai Raabta fame Reem Shaikh recently revealed that she is being blackmailed by someone for money. Read deets inside.
Reem Shaikh, who is know for playing the role of Kalyani Malhar Rane in popular show Tujhse Hai Raabta, is currently facing a hard time. The young actress is being blackmailed by a fraudster. Reeem recently took to Instagram to open up about the same and shared multiple posts narrating the entire story. Questioning everyone if celebrities are a soft target for such evil acts, Reem revealed that a man named Amulya Nahata from Indore, who is an event organizer is blackmailing her to return 60 lakh rupees for an event that he couldn't organise due to his failure.
She added that he has been constantly calling his friends, co-actors and people close to her and harassing them. The man in question is also telling people that Reem has cheated him of the said money. Reem clarifies that she would've returned the advance payment, if she would've cancelled the event herself. But, she said that why should she bear the brunt of his incompetency in organising the event. She further adds that who will look after my dates that have been wasted, the numerous posts she has done for the event's publicity.
Reem claims that the man is threatening and blackmailing her to spoil her name by going to the police and media. But she asks, "Just because we're celebrities and people know us, have we become soft targets of such people?" Sending out a strong message which read, "Stop blackmailing me", the actress asked everyone who knows her to ignore this as she will not give in blackmailing. She concluded by saying that she will take a stern legal action against this event organizer, Amulya Nahata. Check out Reems posts here:
