Throwback: When Supriya Pilgaonkar-Moon Banerrjee aka Ishwari-Asha of Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi were on-screen mother-daughter
Moon Banerjee aka Asha Bose from Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi posted an old picture with Supriya Pilgaokar aka Ishwari Dixit and made us nostalgic.
Moon Banerjee and Supriya Pilgaokar are on-screen ‘Samdhans’ on the Sony TV’s popular drama Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi. Post the leap, their equation on the show has changed drastically. They have teamed up to make Dev and Sonakshi realise their love for each other and are planning to get them married once again. The coming episodes will show an adorable confession of feelings by the lead couple on the show. The viewers are not only loving this story track but also this bond between Ishwari and Asha. But this bond isn’t as new as we think. Recently Asha aka Moon Banerjee shared a picture with Ishwari aka Supriya Pilgaokar on Instagram. Their fans couldn’t believe they played mother and daughter on the very popular serial Sasural Genda Phool on Star Plus. They commented stating their love for the bond of the two beautiful actresses.
Sasural Genda Phool was a story about two very different people, Ishaan (Jay Soni) and Suhana (Ragini Khanna). A love story between two strangers who fall in love after marriage. The show was loved by the viewers and they fell in love with the Kashyap family. Moon played Panna Raunak Sharma and Supriya played Shailaja Kashyap, Panna's mother.
The show aired its last episode on 21st April 2012. It has been 5 years but their bond remains strong even today. We are excited to see the upcoming episodes of Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi to see whether the plans of these ladies succeed.
