Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah August 26, 2019 Written Update: Bhide finally leaves for Ratnagiri
In the latest episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, we see how everyone tries to stall Bhide and Madhavi however they are unable to do so.
The episode starts with a recap of what happened in the previous episode. Tappu asks Bhide if he met Jethalal. He said he couldn't meet him. Bapuji insists that he meet Jethalal and then leave. Bhide says that he cannot wait any longer as he's already late. Jethalal arrives and meets Abdul on the way. Abdul tells him that everyone has failed to stall Bhide. Jethalal looks around and tells Abdul that they can still make Bhide wait. Bhide and Madhavi take Bapuji's blessings. Popatlal tells Bhide and Madhavi to check for suitable brides. Abdul comes shouting in the building and a man is holding him threating to kill him. The man is wearing a helmet hence cannot be recognised. Sodhi threatens to beat him up. Iyer tells him that he's not doing the right thing. Bhide tells the man to leave Abdul and tells him that he and his wife are going to Ratnagiri. Bapuji suggests calling the cops. The man tells that he's not a thief and he had requested Abdul to marry his daughter which he didn't do. Popatlal agrees to marry his daughter.
Tappu identifies the man to be Jethalal and tells Bapuji. Tappu tells this to Tappu Sena too. Gradually everyone knows that the thief is Jethalal. Sodhi grabs Jethalal from behind. Jethalal discreetly tells Sodhi that he is Jethalal and to play along in the drama. Jethalal tells Sodhi that he will now grab him and he needs to play along. Jethalal tells Abdul to get Bhide and Madhavi's luggage and hand it over to him. Bhide tells him not to take the luggage and instead offers him money. Jethalal declines and says he too can give him money. He releases Sodhi and takes Abdul ransom. They flee the scene. Bhide and Madhavi try to follow him however they're stopped on way. Goli tells Madhavi that he had a dream that they should not go to Ratnagiri. Jethalal arrives there and he asks Bhide why has he not left yet.
The members tell him that a thief had come who took Abdul at ransom and their luggage. Just then Abdul also arrives there however without the luggage. Abdul tells them that the thief pushed him and took the luggage and left. Jethalal tells Bhide that the luggage being stolen is an inauspicious sign. Babita suggests to file an FIR. Madhavi tells Bhide that they should cancel going to Ratnagiri and file an FIR first. Bhide tells her that they will go Ratnagiri and get Sonu. Bhide says that nothing is bigger than his desire to see Sonu smiling. They sit in Sodhi's jeep. Everyone looks dejected that Tappu Sena will lose the challenge. Bhide and Madhavi sit in the Jeep leave when Bapuji tells Tappu to call and inform Bhide. Sodhi is unable to take the Jeep ahead as there is an oncoming bus and he has to take a reverse
