Surgical Strike 2.0: Karanvir Bohra to Sumona Chakravarti, TV celebs praise Indian Air Force

Indians woke up to the news of the surgical strike carried out by the Indian Air Force on the Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) terror camps in Balakot, Pakistan. Around 12 IAF Mirage, 2000 jets were reportedly used in the operation. The Indian Army has given a strong reply to the Pulwama terror attack that killed around 40 soldiers in Jammu and Kashmir. The TV industry has saluted this huge step taken by the Indian Air Force. Television celebrities like Karanvir Bohra, Sumona Chakravarti, Ridhi Dogra and many others are in all praises of this brave step taken to give a befitting reply to the terror attack. 

On Tuesday, India carried out air strikes in Pakistan across the LoC in Balakot, Chakothi and Muzaffarabad sectors. According to media reports, the strike took place around 3: 30 AM using 12 Mirage 2,000 fighter jets with over 1,000 kg laser-guided bombs dropped on a major terror camp across the Line of Control (LoC). Meanwhile, the Foreign Secretary briefed the media about the surgical strike. Vijay Gokhale says, “Credible information was received that JeM was attempting other attacks in the country. A pre-emptive strike became important. India struck the biggest camp of JeM in Balakot.”
