After a long wait, finally today, the makers of Sanjivani 2 unveiled the first look of this medical drama on social media. In the picture, we have Surbhi Chandna, Mohnish Bahl, Namit Khanna, Gurdeep Kohli and Sayantani come together for the first look of the show. While Surbhi as Dr. Ishaani nails her look as she is seen wearing the doctors coat, Namit Khanna as Dr Sid and Gurdeep Kohli and Mohnish Bahl as Dr Juhi and Dr Shashank, respectively are making us curious for the reboot version. Needless to say, Sanjivani was one of the most loved shows as the show revolved around the lives of 4 medical interns and their professional and personal lives and with a reboot of the medical drama, fans were super pumped to watch Sanjivani 2 on television.
Since today happens to be National Doctor's Day, therefore, the makers of Sanjivani thought today as the apt day to unveil the first look of the show. During an interview, Mohnish Bahl, who will be back as Dr. Shashank Gupta in the show said, “It's a wonderful moment. What has drawn me towards the show are the three 'S', Star Plus, Sanjivani and Siddhartha. It's an iconic show with which I had begun my journey on television and it's coming back after 18 years.” Earlier, there were reports that Surbhi's Ishqbaaaz co-star Nakuul Mehta will be seen romancing Surbhi in the show, however, Namit Khanna will be seen as the male lead.
