Sreesanth's wife Bhuvneshwari CLARIFIES why the cricketer missed Day 2 of Khatron Ke Khiladi 9

Sreesanth's wife Bhuvaneshwari took to Twitter to explain why her husband missed Day 2 of Khatron Ke Khiladi 9, and it's a very valid reason. Read below to find out why the cricketer was from Rohit Shetty's show.

Sreesanth's wife Bhuvneshwari gives a very valid reason for the cricketer to be MIA from Day 2 of Khatron Ke Khiladi 9.

Since the fever of Bigg Boss 12 has now worn off, fans are already hooked on to the edgy reality show, Khatron Ke Khiladi 9. Hosted by Simmba director Rohit Shetty, KKK 9 features some fan-favourites like Bigg Boss 12 runner-up Sreesanth. On Day 1 of the show itself, the first activity was heart-thumping and thrilling for the contestants as they had to glide through a pole, which was situated on top of the 22nd floor of a building. Along with that, they had to collect the flags which were on the way up.

Sreesanth was the fastest to finish the task as he added a Bollywood twist too by singing Humko Humhi Se Chura Lo from Mohabbatein (2000). However, the fastest time came at a cost for Sreesanth as he was bitten badly by fire ants. That's right! As revealed by Sreesanth's wife Bhuvneshwari Sreesanth, the cricketer was MIA from Day 2 of Khatron Ke Khiladi 9 as his leg was injured badly. Bhuvneshwari also shared the gruesome photos of Sreesanth's injury.

For Sreesanth to brave through the pain and win the task is a key achievement, indeed!

Meanwhile, Sreesanth was amongst the toughest competitors to beat inside the Bigg Boss 12 house. However, he came out of the house as the first runner-up and his soul sister Dipika Kakkar was crowned as the BB 12 winner.
