Shilpa Shinde on winning Bigg Boss 11: I am very happy that my audience loved me
Shilpa Shinde won the season 11 of Bigg Boss. She spoke to the media and said that she was feeling confident about her win. She also thanked the audience who voted for her and rooted for her through the season.
Shilpa Shinde was declared the winner of Bigg Boss 11. She won the trophy and also bagged the prize money of 44 lakhs.
Shilpa spoke to the media about her win and said, “Simplicity will always win. I am very happy that my audience loved me. I have gone through a lot and there was a time when I thought everything was over. I never wanted to do Bigg Boss but they convinced me and today when I have won the show, it feels fulfilling. When I went to the mall, I saw people cheering for me and somehow I could sense that I might win the show. It was just confidence and not over confidence like everyone claims.”
Shilpa has been one of the most popular contestants of the show. She played the game wisely and beat Hina Khan and Vikas Gupta to clinch the title.
Her ex-boyfriend Romit Raj also told us, “I am very happy for Shilpa. It’s an amazing news. God bless her with all the happiness, she has been through lot of hard times. I am very happy. Bigg Boss results have been fair since Shilpa has been the most favourite contestant from day one.”
In an interview with PinkVilla earlier, Shilpa's brother had stated, "It feels great to see Shilpa winning hearts. She has set new benchmarks for the contestants of the upcoming season on one of the biggest reality shows of Indian television."
"I am proud of Shilpa for her patience, selflessness and confidence on the show," he had added.
