Sharad Malhotra’s missing shooting for Naagin 5 as it goes off air; Says his chemistry with Surbhi was organic
As Naagin 5 has gone off air, Sharad Malhotra opened up on how he has been missing the fun he used to have on the sets and his shooting routine.
Sharad Malhotra and Surbhi Chandna starrer Naagin 5, which has started with a bang, has pulled its curtains down now. The news came as a shock to the audience as the supernatural fantasy thriller witnessed decent TRP ratings and the viewers were in awe of Sharad and Surbhi’s sizzling chemistry. Interestingly, not just the fans, but even Sharad is also missing shooting for the show and he is missing all the fun he used to have on the sets with his co-stars.
Talking about the same, Sharad told Calcutta Times, “You get used to a certain routine. When you work round the clock with the same set of people, you become a big, happy working family. As the project gets over, there's suddenly a void. Your daily schedule changes. You miss those evening addas, having coffee with the cast and all the action on the set. Am missing all the fun.” The handsome hunk further spilled beans about his chemistry with Surbhi and stated that their equation was organic and effortless as they clicked. Interestingly, Naagin 5 marked Sharad and Surbhi’s first collaboration and it turned out to be a hit.
“People keep talking about our chemistry, but it was not at all planned. We worked together for the first time. She is a bundle of energy on the set. It was very organic. We kind of clicked. It was effortless and together we managed to create some magic. I think our viewers liked that. It is always the audience’s love that matters. They make us what we are,” Sharad added.
For the uninitiated, Naagin 5 was replaced by its spin off Kuch Toh Hai starring Harsh Rajput and Krishna Mukherjee.
