Sharad Malhotra, who is best known for his role of Rishi in the TV series Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki, is all set to tie the knot today in Mumbai with the fashion designer Ripci Bhatia. The pre-wedding ceremonies such as Sangeet and Mehendi took place recently.

For the Mehendi function, the duo opted for gorgeous ethnic attires. Ripci was seen wearing blue lehenga choli which had silver embellishments in the same. Subtle makeup and flower jewellery completed her look. On the other hand, Sharad was seen donning a powder blue kurta-pyjama and a matching bandgala. We have to say that the duo looked simply ravishing in those ensembles.

Earlier, Sharad had revealed that their wedding trousseau was decided way back and the same will be colour-coordinated. He had said, "Somewhere, I think we are coordinating with each other. I have practically got married on screen for 6-7 times. So I think may even be knowing the few mantras too.”

When asked to comment on his wife Ripci, Sharad said that she is very childlike and he adores that quality of hers. He also said how he loves women who work and are independent but at the same time, they manage the home as well. Speaking of Malhotra, he started his career with India's Best Cinestars Ki Khoj in 2004 and became a household after featuring as Sagar Pratap Singh/Amar Upadhyay in Zee TV's Banoo Main Teri Dulhann.
