Before Shaheer Sheikh, was Ayaz Ahmed the man in Erica Fernandes' life?

Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi fame Shaheer Sheikh and Erica Fernandes are rumored to be dating each other for quite some time now. The duo, however, has refrained from commenting on the same. 

Erica has always maintained a dignified silence over questions related to her personal life. However, we came across a few pictures of her with actor Ayaz Ahmed which got us wondering whether something was cooking between them earlier. 

If sources are to be believed, Erica was dating Ayaz a few years back but the duo had kept it a quiet affair.

On the work front, Erica has begun shooting for KRPKAB yet again after the show had gone off air. On fans demand, the makers brought back the show for a finite series. 

Recently commenting on the show, Erica said, "It is really a happy news for us. I think it is something that never happened before. For the first time, a show is back on fan demand. We are back due to love and appreciation of fans. We are going to show those moments that Dev had missed with Soha and how he will re-live them with our new born baby Shubh. The audience will see happy moments. I want to thank all the fans. Because of them, we are back.”

While Ayaz has been part of a number of reality shows and TV shows including MTV Roadies and Do Dil Ek Jaan.
