Saroj Khan Passes Away: Rashami Desai mourns the demise of 'Guru ji' with a heartwarming post
Saroj Khan Demise: Naagin 4 actress Rashami Desai took to her social media handle to share a heartfelt post in late Saroj Khan's remembrance.
Saroj Khan passed away due to cardiac arrest on July 3 (2020). The legendary Bollywood choreographer breathed her last at a Mumbai hospital at the age of 71. According to reports, Saroj Khan was hospitalized on June 17, after having breathing issues. Reports suggest that her health conditions deteriorated on Thursday night, and she took her heavenly abode on Friday morning. Many Bollywood, TV and South celebrities took to her social media handles to express their grief and pain as they bid a final goodbye to the ace choreographer.
From Amitabh Bachchan to Akshay Kumar to Kareena Kapoor Khan, many famous personalities paid a heartwarming tribute to late Saroj Khan. Joining them was also TV actress Rashami Desai. The Naagin 4 actress took to her Twitter handle to post a heartwarming message for 'masterji', with a beautiful caricature picture of her from heaven. Paying her respects and condolences, the former Bigg Boss 13 contestant wrote, "She was the 'Mother of choreography in India.' Our Guru ji! Sad sad May her soul rest in peace."

Talking about Saroj Khan, she has choreographed over 2,200 famous Bollywood songs and also judged dancing reality shows like Nach Baliye, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa among others. Saroj ji had won the 'National Award' three times in her vast career.
Saroj Khan's last rites were held on Friday morning. She was laid to rest in Mumbai's suburban area Malad. A prayer meet is likely to be held next week. She is survived by her husband Sardar Roshan Khan, son Hamid Khan and daughters Hina Khan and Sukaina Khan.
