The third installment of the 2002 show Sanjivani is going to be aired on television from the month of August. The much awaited show will feature Surbhi Chandna and Namit Khanna in the lead roles. On the other hand, actors Rohit Roy, Sayantani Ghosh, Gurdeep Kohli, Mohnish Bahl and others will be playing pivotal roles in the show. The first teaser of the show Sanjivani 2, which has been produced by Siddharth P. Malhotra, was released on social media some time back which has excited the fans.
The shooting for Sanjivani 2 has been going on in full swing and the actors have also been sharing some glimpses of the same on their respective social media handles. Recently, actor Rohit Roy has shared a picture from the sets of the show which has further made the fans eager for the show. In the picture, Rohit can be seen posing along with the girl squad from the show including Surbhi Chandna, Sayantani Ghosh and Gurdeep Kohli. The actors were all smiles as they posed together for the picture.

The show Sanjivani 2 will be replacing another show on Star Plus which is Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji produced by Gul Khan. This means that the show is going to take the 7.30 pm slot. In an interview with Pinkvilla, producer Siddharth P Malhotra has said that this time all the characters will be resident doctors and not interns unlike the first installment of the show.
Moreover, another thing that has excited the fans is the return the actress Surbhi Chandna to the small screen post her exit from the show Ishqbaaaz which also went off - air some time back.
