Rakhi Sawant confirms the news of marrying an NRI businessman; says 'He was my fan since a long time'

Rakhi Sawant has finally confirmed the news of tying the knot with an NRI businessman. Earlier, pictures of Rakhi in a bridal look started circulating on the internet. However, she slammed the rumours immediately. But Rakhi accepted the truth when her honeymoon pictures went viral on social media. Talking to Spotboye, Rakhi said, "Main darr gayi thi, haan maine shaadi kar li hai. I am confirming the news with you today. (I was scared but yes, I got married. I am confirming the news with you.)."
Rakhi also opened up and shared the details about her husband. She said, "His name is Ritesh and he is in the UK. In fact, he has already left. My visa is underway and I will join him. Of course, I shall continue to work in India, so will travel for that. I always wanted to produce TV shows and I think my long-standing dream will now be fulfilled. I thank Jesus for giving me such a wonderful husband." She further added, "He was my fan ever since he first saw my first interview with Prabhu Chawla. He WhatsApped me. Messaging and then talking to him, we became friends with the passage of time. This happened about a year-and-half back."
She also said that, "After knowing him, I prayed very hard to Jesus that I must become his wife. Woh khawish toh poori ho gayi (That dream is now fulfilled). God has been kind to me so far." Earlier, Sawant had slammed the rumours about her marriage. While talking to India Today, she had said, "I was doing a bridal shoot at JW Marriott, I don't know why people are saying that I am married. I am not married, I am not in a relationship. I am very much single."
