Parth Samthaan and Erica Fernandes starrer Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 started off last week and the same has been gaining good reviews from all the quarters. The show has even made it to the top 10 TRPs list as well. Now the show is garnering headlines again as the serial is going to air in Srilanka as well. Yes, you read it right. Ekta Kapoor's mammoth project has gone international. "KZK 2 Sri Lankan dubbed version (Praveena 2) will be on air from 8th October, Monday to Friday at 8 pm on Sirasa TV A good news to all Sri Lankan KZK fans!!," the Instagram handle of one of the fan ages posted the same. Many Indian Tv shows especially Ekta Kapoor's shows are quite popular globally.
For the unversed, the show is reprised version of 2001's famous serial of the same name. The original serial had Shweta Tiwari, Urvashi Dholakia and Cezzane Khan The show's promo made headlines as Shah Rukh Khan had introduced us to the main characters of the show which are played by Erica Fernandes and Parth Samthaan. During an interview with Indian Express, when asked about the pressure of recreating the iconic show, she had said, "For me, love is classic. It can be told many many times. Yes, with time there can be new characters and few changes but the essence will always remain the same.”
