Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmaavat has been in headlines ever since it has been announced. Recently, in Haryana, Karni Sena created a ruckus when they set a bus on fire. Popular TV actor Karan Patel has expressed displeasure on the way government is not doing anything to stop all this.

He took to Twitter and wrote, "Hahahahahaha ... aaj phir se kuch logo ka Pichwada jal raha hai jab hamare desh ki buri sarkaar ka sach bahar nikal raha hai ....! chalo aankh wale andho, shuru ho jao apne comedy replies ke saath ...!"

Karan added, "This is the harsh reality of our #incompetent #government .... that some people, under the pretext of protecting history & culture, can take the whole society for granted and create havoc because they know ki yeh #DeshSoRahaHai aur unhe koi kuch nahi kar sakta ...! #SadButTrue."

Earlier, the Karni Sena members warned  the cast to not release the film or else they will get down to physically hurting them. Deepika Padukone has a life threat to her and so does Sanjay Leela Bhansali. What shocked us, even more, was when a BJP member gave a bounty of INR 5 crores for beheading Deepika.

That time too, Karan took to his Twitter handle to lash out at the government for its disability to support Padmavati and its stars. He wrote, "Dear Government, you must be proud that not only us but also the world is shocked at your disability, which you consider is your plus point. #Ashamed."
