Monalisa aka Antara Biswas garnered headlines when she participated in the tenth season of the famous reality show Bigg Boss. Post the Bigg Boss stint, she bagged a great role in Nazar serial. In the same, she is playing the titular role of Mohana who is 200 years old Daayan. The show is getting a lot of TRPs and that’s why the show is getting a year-long extension as well. Now the show is hitting headlines again as the new promo of Nazar is out and the makers have taken the spookiness to a next level.
Gul Khan, one of the producers of the show took to her Instagram account to share the same. “Taking it to the next level !!!! Well done team Nazar !!! #nazar,” she wrote. In the promo, one can see that people at a wedding are getting unconscious and get suspended in the air. The bride gets possessed by the witch. As per reports, the show is reportedly inspired by Konkona Sen Sharma's look in Ek Thi Daayan. Producer Gul on the new promo told: "It was terribly exciting to even think of a scene like this and then the pressure to ensure that it translates on screen ! But our team is needless to say fantastic ! What people should expect next is high octane drama on romance and in the Dayan world ! Mohana will be back now ! Watch out for her !" For the unversed, Nazar is a supernatural thriller serial which airs on Star Plus. The show is produced by Gul Khan and Karishma Jain and the same is directed by Atif Khan. Apart from Antara Biswas, the show also features Niyati Fatnani, Harsh Rajput, Smita Bansal and Ritu Chaudhary in key roles.
