The upcoming season of dance reality show Nach Baliye has been making headlines for quite some time now. May it be the unnamed judges or the rumoured contestants, fans are having a hard time waiting for confirmation from makers. According to the buzz, the 9th season of the show, which is produced by superstar Salman Khan, will be hosted by well-known TV actress Jennifer Winget and comedian Sunil Grover, who recently shared the screen with Salman in the film Bharat.
This season is going to be very different from the last seasons. Every year, ten celebrity couples compete against each other in the dance competition. However, this year, for the first time in the history of Indian television, ex-couples will come together to participate in the reality dance show. Rumours have been doing the round that ex-flames Urvashi Dholakia-Anuj Sachdeva, Madhurima Tuli-Aditya Singh, Pearl V Puri-Hiba Nawab, Shraddha Arya-Alam Makkar will be contesting in the show.
Confirming the name of one couple, the channel has released the first promo of Nach Baliye 9. In this steamy video, OG Komolika aka Urvashi Dholakia is dressed in an orange gown, shaking a leg with a mysterious masked man—our guess is Anuj Sachdeva. In her signature sassy style, the actress says, “Nach ke bahane touch? No no!” When her partner asks why, she replies, “Ex ho, that’s why.” Well that was enough to raise the temperature along with the viewer’s curiosity. Moreover, the promo hinted that Salman Khan too will be making an appearance on the show.
