Naagin 4: Ekta Kapoor wishes on occasion of Naga Panchami; Discloses in September deets of show will be out
Ekta Kapoor took to her social media handle to tease fans with a short clip wishing them on Naga Panchami and announcing when the next Naagin will be revealed
Naagin is undoubtedly one of the most famous and watched Hindi shows on television. Produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor under the banner of Balaji Telefilms, the fantasy drama thriller aired the last episode of the third season in May this year and fans are already waiting eagerly for news on the 4th season. It follows the story of a shape shifting snake and her plans to avenge her lover’s death, who was brutally murdered by humans.
The latest season, which featured Surbhi Jyoti, Anita Hassanandani, Pearl V Puri, Rajat Tokas and Rakshanda Khan, was one of the most watched in the series and topped TRP charts week after week. The first season of the show starred Mouni Roy, Arjun Bijlani, Adaa Khan and Sudha Chandran whereas the second season saw Mouni, Karanvir Bohra and Adaa in important roles. Rumours have been doing the rounds that either Hina Khan or Surbhi Chandna will be playing the main role in the 4th season, however the makers have not confirmed the news yet.
Today, on the occasion of Naga Panchami, Ekta Kapoor took to her social media handle to share a teaser announcing when the next season and Naagin will be revealed. The caption reads: “Happieeee naagpanchami guys! Sept we will announce d next #naagin for #naagin4! Some surprises on wat I’ll see n where ull see!!!!”
