Naagin 3 to not go off air in February but in THIS month

Surbhi Jyoti, Karishma Tanna and Anita Hassanandani's supernatural show is one of the famous shows on Indian TV right now. The serial has always been among the top shows in terms of TRPs thanks to the many twists and turns that have always kept the audiences hooked to their screens. And that's why the news of the show going off-air shocked many fans. For the uninitiated, reports revealed that show will go off-air in February and will be replaced by another supernatural show called Kavach 2 (the first season had Mona Singh, Vivek Dahiya, Mahek Chahal and Sara Khan in lead roles) and the last episode would be shot on Februrary 12, 2019.
But now, latest reports has some good news for Naagin fans as the show has been extended. Yes, the show will continue until May. As the makers of Kavach want to start the second installment of Kavach after the IPL finishes. For the unversed, the much awaited cricket tournament will start off on March 23 and will end by mid-May. Another reason for the extension is that the makers of Kavach 2 are yet to zero in on the cast and the same will take time.

Talking about the serial, the same was launched last year on June 2nd and the extension has Naagin 3, which is the longest running Naagin season. The first season ran for eight months. It had started on 1st November 2015 and ended on June 5th, 2016 and the second season was on air for nine months starting 8th October, 2016 and ending on 25th June 2017.
