Mrunal Thakur was initially a Television actress who started out her acting career with Television. She gained fame and recognition with her role in Kumkum Bhagya. She was even seen on Nach Baliye with her then-boyfriend Sharad Tripathi.

Mrunal didn't stop herself with just Television, the gorgeous actress is making her Hollywood debut with the international project, Love Soniya.

Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan saw the film and sent a message across to her for Thugs of Hindostan. Aamir was extremely impressed by Mrunal's performance and he wanted to work with her. Even Aditya Chopra was so keen to cast her that he offered her a three-film deal. Shockingly Mrunal Tripathi turned them down.

Fun fact is that Mrunal had auditioned for Sultan and was even first considered for Sultan, though that didn’t work out, Aditya was quite impressed with her and was looking at casting her in their upcoming films.

According to a report in DNA, a source reveals that the actress, who is waiting for the release of her Hollywood film Love Sonia, felt signing a three-film deal would hamper her international career.

With a three-film deal with YRF, Mrunal would have been straightaway catapulted into the A league, like Ranveer Singh, Anushka Sharma, and Parineeti Chopra, but the actress, who has done three Marathi films, too, probably wanted to keep her options open.

Well, now that's some caliber and quite a decision to make, we hope her plans turn out to be as good as she expects and we hope to see this beauty soon on screen.
