A few days ago, Netflix announced that they will be making a live-action series Baahubali: Before The Beginning. The series will be a prequel to the film Baahubali: The Beginning. Actress Mrunal Thakur will be seen as Sivagami in the Netflix series. Actress Ramya Krishnan played the role of Sivagami in both the movies and won hearts with her powerful performance. Television actress Mrunal Thakur made her debut in the film industry this year with Love Sonia.

Love Sonia also starred Rajkummar Rao, Manoj Bajpayee, Richa Chadha and Freida Pinto. The film received a lot of positive reviews and Mrunal's performance left everyone stunned as the film was based on human trafficking. The actress is very happy with the way her career has shaped out. She started off her journey as an actress on TV six years ago and along with Baahubali, she has two more films -  Super 30 and Batla House.

Mrunal Thakur took to her Instagram page to thank her fans and admirers for loving her. In Super 30, Mrunal will be seen alongside Hrithik Roshan. The film will hit the screens on January 25, 2019.

Batla House also stars John Abraham along with Mrunal Thakur. The film is slated to release on August 15, 2019.
