Mohit Raina: Mouni Roy is really a good friend and an integral part of my life; nothing more, nothing less
Mohit Raina has been in headlines for his relationship with Mouni Roy. The two have never admitted to be dating each other. In an interview with a leading daily, Mohit said Mouni is a friend and an integral part of his life.
The extremely handsome Mohit Raina who literally became a rage after his stint on the show Mahadev is back with his show 21 Sarfarosh: Saragarhi 1897. The show is slated to go on air on February 12, 2018. The actor also has been in the headlines for the rumours of a relationship with Mouni Roy.
In an interview with a leading daily, Mohit said that he wants to keep his personal and professional life separate. He said, "I have never spoken about my life because I always want to keep my personal and professional life separate. I remember getting a mail from someone recently, where the person said, 'If you are in the limelight, you have to face this; if we love you, it’s our right to want to know more about your life'."
He went on to add, "I’m not deliberately hiding anything, that’s how I am. There are always these invites for a mother’s day special or a family special episode. But I like to keep things private."
Talking about Mouni, he said, "Mouni has been a very dear friend since a long time. I have very few friends in the industry. All my friends are from my school and college days; there are some here in Mumbai, who are not from the industry. I am aware of recent rumours of our break-up, but I have not paid attention to that because there is nothing to explain. She is really a good friend and an integral part of my life. Nothing more, nothing less."
In an earlier video in 2017, the actor has said that he wants to get married. On this, he said, "Yes, 2017 has gone by! And no, there are no plans right now. Who would want to marry a boring, low-key person like me?"
