The actor will soon be back on TV with a brand new show, to be produced by Yash Patnaik, the maker of his previous Sony TV show.

According to a leading daily, Twinkle Patel, the actress who appeared in a prominent role in Star Plus show Tu Mera Hero, will be cast opposite Shaheer. Twinkle was also approached for a role in Ishqbaaz, but she couldn't do it because she had to undergo an eye surgery.

Shaheer will be seen playing an intense lover in the show and Hindi Medium fame Saket Chaudhary will direct it. A source told the daily, "It is an intense love story, which will be about giving love another chance. Shaheer fits the part to the T. The first schedule will be shot in Jhansi, as that’s where the story is set."

Not just an Indian show, Shaheer will also be a part of an Indonesian show, Malaikat Tak Bersayap. Shaheer even shared the picture of the show on Instagram.

Earlier in an exclusive interview with Shaheer and keeping his huge fan following in mind we had asked him about a crazy fan encounter to which Shaheer said, "So many cases but I don't think I should be telling this to everyone because that inspire more people to do such things which I don't want. Putting urself in danger just to meet me or talk to me is not a sensible idea. I have a message for all the birdies who try to get in touch with people online who they think might help them to meet me or give my personal information. That will never happen don't believe anything anyone tells u on social media about me because not even my parents know what I am up to."

Are you excited to see him back on the small screen?
