Kaun Banega Crorepati 11: Taapsee Pannu contributed to Hrithik Roshan & Tiger Shroff's War; Here's How
Taapsee Pannu recently revealed that she has also contributed to Hrithik Roshan & Tiger Shroff starrer 'War'. Read on to know how.
One of the biggest action drama's of 2019 was Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff starrer War. The two actors who came together for the first time on-screen made many hearts skip a beat with their amazing chemistry. War went to become one of the biggest blockbusters of the year. It not only fared extremely well at the box office, but also received critic and fans appreciations. While we thought it was only the producers, directors, actors and other crew members that contributed to War movie's huge success, actress Taapsee Pannu reveals that she also has contributed for the movie.
The Saand Ki Aankh actress revealed about her contribution in 'War' on Amitabh Bachchan's Kaun Banega Crorepati 11. She was present to support popular social worker Karamveer Samanta from Odisha in a special episode. During the episode, in one of the audio questions, a song titled 'Ghungroo' was played. Taapsee and Karamveer had to guess the movie from which the song was.
And as soon as the lyrics of the song touched Taapsee's hears, the actress blurted out 'War'. And it was obviously the right answer. Surprised by Taapsee's spontaneity, Big B mentioned that turned out to be a massive success at the box office and earned a huge amount of money.
To which, Taapsee funnily responded that she also has contributed to War's huge success. And here, Big B was taken aback and asked her how did she do it. A jovial Taapsee said, "Maine ticket khareedke theatre mein jaake picture dekhi na sir.” (I bought tickets and watched the movie in the theater sir.) Well, we're swooned by Taapsee's sense of humour. She sure knows how to tickle everyone's funny bones.
On the professional front, Taapsee Pannu is currently working on Thappad helmed by Anubhav Sinha. In this movie she will be seen portraying the role of novelist and poet Amrita Pritam.
