Kaun Banega Crorepati 10 get’s the FIRST Crorepati of the season from Assam and it’s a Woman

Kaun Banega Crorepati a.k.a KBC is one show that has changed the lives of many. Right from the start of the show back in 2000, Kaun Banega Crorepati has been loved by the audiences as it gives a chance to the common man in India to win a hefty amount based on their knowledge and wit. The icing on the cake for the contestants is the chance to meet the Shahenshah of Bollywood, Amitabh Bachchan. Like every season, this season too a number of contestants came but no one reached the question where they could win a Crore Rupees.

But, this seems to have changed as Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 10 finally got it’s First crorepati. And the best part, it is a woman. Yes! Hailing from Guwahati in Assam, Binita Jain is the first contestant this season who has managed to win Rupees 1 Crore. She is a teacher by profession and is a mother of two children. The show on which she won 1 Crore rupees will be aired on October 2, 2018. Amitabh Bachchan can be seen congratulating her for winning Rupees 1 Crore and he also tells her to play more carefully for the last question of Rupees 7 Crores.

Binita Jain is the 5th Woman contestant to have reached the 14th question in Kaun Banega Crorepati 10. She had faced a lot of hardships in life and now, she can be seen braving all odds to win the big prize money. The show’s 10th Season began this year on September 4 and is hosted by the superstar Amitabh Bachchan. Though the makers revealed in the promo that she wins Rupees 1 Crore, but whether or not she wins Rupees 7 Crore remains a mystery that will be solved on October 2, 2018.
