Kasautii Zindagii Kay: Shweta Tiwari aka Prerna thinks Erica Fernandes is a 'pretty girl'
Kasautii Zindagii Kay starring Erica Fernandes and Parth Samthaan in the lead role will soon premiere on Star Plus. Shweta Tiwari, the original Prerna has given a thumbs up to Erica in a new video that has gone viral.
Kasautii Zindagii Kay's remake is less than a month away. The new show will see Erica Fernandes play the iconic role of Prerna, which was earlier essayed by Shweta Tiwari. On the other hand, Parth Samthaan will be stepping into the shoes of Anurag Basu (earlier played by Cezzane Khan) and Hina Khan playing Komolika which made Urvashi Dholakia a household name. Just like fans, we too are waiting to catch the glimpse of the reboot version. Kasautii Zindagii Kay airs from September 10, 2018, on Star Plus.
Amidst this, there were a lot of rumors that Shweta is apparently not very happy with the news of Kasautii making a comeback. However, Tiwari in a video has shushed all the rumours down by claiming to be desperately waiting for the show to start. She said, "Bohat khushi horahi hai, Erica bahut pretty ladki hai. Kitni acchi baat hai. I am also going to watch Kasautii this time. (I am very happy. Erica is a very pretty girl. It's a good thing [that the show is coming back]. I am going to watch Kasautii this time)."

Meanwhile, the team has already started shooting for the show and will soon be heading to Kolkata for a week-long shoot. Parth and Erica shot for a promo on Saturday and were got strolling around near Palghar railway station during the shoot.
